More FAQs- Are all your employees background checked?
- How long will urethane floors last?
- When will I be able to walk on my floors?
We recognize that security and trust are a paramount concern, so at ServiceMaster of Whistler and Squamish we have taken an added step to help ensure compliance with customer needs by developing the Clearance Chek’d certification program to help preserve the peace of mind of our customers. Clearance Chek’d is a high-level Police and Criminal Record Check combined with Identity and Previous Employment Verification. Janitorial staff working on your cleaning program will have (ID verified & clean criminal record) clearance via this Program.
Wear of any finish depends greatly on the foot traffic in your facility, how the floor is used and the cleaning practices that are employed. Typically, the average lifespan of urethane is about two years.
Hard-surface floors treated with an acrylic finish can be lightly walked on within an hour after the last coat was applied. We recommend allowing the floor to dry for 24 hours before allowing heavy traffic on it.
